  • We help customers update to the newest version of PiOrg.io

  • Support requests are being processed on business days from 8:00 to 18:00 / Monday -> Saturday ( GMT +8 )

4. Where Can You Get a Support

  • We spent most of the priority help in our help center https://support.piorg.io Please, make sure that you’ve studied the PiOrg document https://documentation.piorg.io before submitting a support ticket. We cannot take any responsibility for damages caused by crucial information leaks.
  • You can use method sending email for emergencies: support@piorg.io
  • The method Live-Support, chat and work with us via Skype is only for paid-services

  • Please do not forget that all our products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Refund

  • Refund claims can be satisfied only if the Product is not as described, is broken, or is corrupt. The deadline for a Buyer making any refund claim is 30 calendar days after purchase and this claim must be made to PiOrg’s Support Channel: https://support.piorg.io

  • We DO NOT sell and DO NOT include stock photos in PiOrg’s package.
  • We deliver a method to import, and you are solely responsible for the use of the photos, clipart, template.
